Holding of Unit/s. A pre-reservation action
done with the client's advised. When specific unit/s is/are HOLD, will no longer be available (pre-reserved) for 24 hour period
and will not be subjected for the Contract Price Increase (Value Appreciation), if there is.
Reservation. Unit/s will be blocked from
the available units in 30 days for completion of the documentations (Requirements).
